Job Description

Apollo Homecare - Hyderabad is looking for Homecare Nurses for Hyderabad location.
Qualifications: GDA/MPHW/ANM/GNM/B.Sc. Nursing/M.Sc. Nursing
Experience: Freshers & Experienced can apply
Gender: Male & Female both can apply
Salary Range: 9,000 PM to 39,500 PM

Responsibilities:

Perform health assessments and develop personalized care plans.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Monitor patient conditions and communicate updates to the healthcare team.

Educate patients and their families about managing illnesses or injuries.

Maintain detailed patient records and documentation.

Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Respond to patient emergencies and provide first aid or emergency care as required.
