Job Description
- Cleaning and sanitizing assigned areas, including rooms, bathrooms, and common spaces.
- Performing deep cleaning tasks, such as scrubbing floors, dusting high surfaces, and washing windows.
- Shampooing carpets and upholstery as needed.
- Replenishing supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning materials.
- Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Following established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
Qualifications:
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment
