Job Description
- Cleaning rooms: Clean rooms before a new guest arrives and after a guest leaves. This includes making beds, replacing towels and linens, and restocking amenities.
- Maintaining supplies: Keep an inventory of house keeping supplies and restock them as needed.
- Reporting issues: Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, and broken appliances to the maintenance department.
- Following regulations: Follow health and safety regulations and respect guest privacy.
- Responding to guests: Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Laundry: Give wash towels, linens and other if any apparels for laundry service.
