Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff member to join our team. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, order, and hygiene in guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces to ensure a welcoming and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas according to standard procedures.

Replace linens, restock amenities, and report any maintenance issues.

Dust and polish furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors.

Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, and folding linen and towels.

Empty trash containers and dispose of waste in a sanitary manner.

Maintain cleaning equipment and materials in good condition.

Follow all safety and hygiene regulations.

Report lost and found items immediately to the supervisor.

Assist guests with any requests or inquiries politely and promptly.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy items.

Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

Night Shift work is required, including weekends and holidays.

Standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
