Machinery knowledge

Check list handling

Manpower handling

Routine shift:

Time:7:00am to 4pm

Time:12pm to 9pm

Time:9pm to 7am

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping staff

Assign and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion

Train new employees on housekeeping procedures and safety guidelines

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

Inspect rooms, common areas, and other facilities to ensure cleanliness and orderliness

Report maintenance issues and coordinate with other departments for repairs

Ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards

Handle guest complaints and requests in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role

Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role

Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and best practices

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle and resolve guest complaints

Knowledge of safety guidelines and regulations
