This mail is regarding the job opportunity in Ethos HR Management & Projects Pvt. Ltd. for the post of Recruitment Executive at Ahmedabad.
Job Role:
- Carrying out Human Resource Planning with functional Heads , Finalizing job profile, Scrutinizing & Communicating with Potential candidates & fixing Interviews , taking initial Interviews , Negotiating & finalizing Salary.
- Co-ordinate with the clients and take the feedback till the final placement and also maintain mutual relationship for the future requirements.
- Scrutinize the database for the suitable candidates.
- Business Development.
- Interacting with candidates for the updated information to match the requirement.
- Arrange the interviews of candidates with the clients
- Handle walk-ins and interact with them regarding their career perspectives.
- Interacting with the clients to assimilate the requirement and profile of the position.
