Job Description
- Check all emails & inform respective team members on all enquire.
- Reply to emails as required in coordination with respective team members.
- Attending to telephone calls & document call information & respond accordingly check On-line inventory to update on a daily basis all enquiry in regard to stock availability or any other product quires to be updated to LEADS In software.
- Other admin odd jobs like ticket bookings, hotel bookings and courier, sample dispatch/transport etc.
- Take dispatch details copy and information to be pass by mail or WhatsApp to clients/person concern.
- Sale order-all received Po should be attached with So, the same mandatory.
- Involve, in general, administrative office work.
- Monitoring end to end activity in between department of sales dispatch the products.
