Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Candidate to fill the position of HR Admin Assistant to be assigned in our Mumbai, India Branch. This role requires managing HR back-end and administrative tasks efficiently, and providing support to HR Operations of the team based in Dubai, UAE.
Specifics:
- Responsible for the HR Administrative tasks and HR daily operations
- Preparing monthly reports including employee documents expiries, attendance and shifts, leave management, Employee Offer Letters and Employment Agreements
- Support the HR Executive and HR Manager with back-end operations such as maintaining accurate Employee files and documents through Employee online system
- Keeping track of Employee and Company documents, leave balances, and others to be assigned by HR Executive/ HR Manager.
- Maintaining HR Trackers and HR Online Systems
- Preparation of documents such as Employment Offer Letters, Employment Agreements, Employee letters, and anything similar
