1. HR & Administrative Duties:
- Candidate recruitment and hiring processes
- Salary preparation and payroll management
- Managing employee attendance records
- Handling of PF (Provident Fund) and ESIC (Employee State Insurance Corporation) portals
2. Business Development:
- Assist the Managing Director in business development efforts
- Travel with the Managing Director to various locations, including Bengal, Jharkhand, and Odisha, for business purposes
- Regular coordination with clients and business partners
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation to support business development initiatives
Other Details:
- Non-technical, management profile
- Work from home flexibility with occasional site visits
- Travel is a must as part of the role
- Immediate joining required (within a couple of days)
