Job Description

We are seeking a versatile HR Administrative and Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling administrative and HR functions while also assisting the Managing Director in business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR & Administrative Duties:

Candidate recruitment and hiring processes
Salary preparation and payroll management
Managing employee attendance records
Handling of PF (Provident Fund) and ESIC (Employee State Insurance Corporation) portals

2. Business Development:

Assist the Managing Director in business development efforts
Travel with the Managing Director to various locations, including Bengal, Jharkhand, and Odisha, for business purposes
Regular coordination with clients and business partners
Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation to support business development initiatives

Other Details:

Non-technical, management profile
Work from home flexibility with occasional site visits
Travel is a must as part of the role
Immediate joining required (within a couple of days)
