Your technical skills will be key in developing efficient HR forms and automating processes. Additionally, your involvement in group discussions and interviews will be vital for selecting candidates who align with both skill requirements and our company culture.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create precise job profiles tailored to our company's diverse needs
2. Effectively use online job portals and social media for job postings and talent acquisition
3. Build relationships with placement officers at premier educational institutes in India
4. Design and implement automated HR processes and forms
5. Lead group discussions and interviews to identify the best candidates
