Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on job boards, social media, and company websites.
Help screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in preparing interview materials, including job descriptions and interview questionnaires.
Provide administrative support during recruitment drives, including managing candidate databases and tracking hiring progress.
2. Employee Onboarding:
Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing welcome kits, employment contracts, and documentation.
Assist with conducting new hire orientations, ensuring that new employees are introduced to company policies and procedures.
Help coordinate the setup of new employee workstations, access credentials, and equipment.
3. Employee Records and Documentation:
Assist in maintaining employee records, ensuring that they are up-to-date and comply with legal and organizational requirements.
Help with document filing, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Provide support in preparing HR-related reports, such as employee attendance and leave records.
4. Payroll and Benefits Administration:
Assist in payroll processing by gathering and verifying employee attendance, leaves, and overtime records.
Help update employee benefits information and assist in benefits enrollment during open enrollment periods.
Answer employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and company policies, with guidance from senior HR personnel.
5. Training and Development:
Assist in scheduling and organizing training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees.
Help with preparing training materials, presentations, and any relevant documents.
Track employee participation and progress in various training programs and workshops.
6. Employee Engagement and Welfare:
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities such as team-building events, celebrations, and wellness programs.
Help with maintaining employee satisfaction surveys, collecting feedback, and providing analysis to the HR team.
Support the HR team in resolving employee concerns, ensuring a positive work environment.
7. HR Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing communication.
Assist in the preparation of HR-related documents, such as performance reviews, employee contracts, and HR policies.
Help track HR-related expenses, including training, recruitment, and employee welfare costs.
8. Research and Reporting:
Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and labor laws to keep the HR team informed.
Assist in generating reports related to HR metrics, employee turnover, recruitment success, and other key performance indicators.
Prepare and present findings from research projects to assist in decision-making processes.
