Job Description-
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Support the management in disciplinary and grievance issues
- Development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Conduct training and development programs
- Maintain employee records (attendance, data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Conduct new employee orientations
- Plan and coordinate the workforce to best use employees' talents
- Oversee recruitment and hiring process
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
- Implementation and administration of policy and procedures to increase staff efficiency.
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
- Provide Human Resource office assistance, support, and information to students, faculty, and staff.
- Keep inventory of stock Files and maintain records.
- Able to effectively handle confidential information.
- Able to demonstrate integrity, professionalism, civility, and a high degree of ethics in all job-related actions.
