Job Description
Recruitment :
- Manpower planning according to the requirement, budget and management directions.
- Resourcing & Recruitment: Developing job descriptions, Sourcing profiles from different recruitment channels, short listing, interviewing, selecting candidates, reference checking, and salary negotiation.
- Completing joining formalities: Documentations, Agreements, creating E-mail ID, opening salary accounts.
- Induction and Training: Initial training, professional and Carrier building Training
- Setting compensation standards - internal & external benchmark
- Employee Engagement: Interactions, motivation, work culture management,
- Grievances Handling/ management
- Payroll processing
- Leave Management
- Performance Appraisals Management
- Creating/ Maintaining HR Data & MIS
- Review of HR policies from time to time and update of the same with the directions of management
- Support to Management on overall HR matters
Admin
- Admin support on office function which are required to run office as an office
- Admin support on staff welfare activities
- Maintaining Data/ MIS for the admin activities.
