- Compile & update employee's record
- Understanding the requirement and accordingly drafting a job description
- Sourcing candidates that matches the desired skills.
- Screening the candidates by conducting telephonic or personal interviews.
- Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates.
- Ensure Hiring for sales position at various level.
- Initiate campus placement drive, meeting with placement officer.
- Giving HR presentation to students at Institutes and hire candidates for company.
- Travelling to different location in North India for Campus Drive.
