Job Description
- Minimum of 1-3 years of HR experience is must.
- Experience in Non IT Recruitment
- Assist the HR Manager in day to day HR Operations .
- Good communication skills.
- Should be able to speak in Telugu, Hindi and English is must.
- Only Female MBA graduates can apply
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Handle employee relations issues and provide support to employees and managers.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in performance management processes and training initiatives.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
