Roles and Responsibilities:
Client Engagement and Strategy:
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific bulk hiring needs and objectives.
Develop and execute customized recruitment strategies aligned with client requirements and timelines.
Candidate Sourcing and Selection:
Utilize diverse sourcing channels (e.g. job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to attract a broad and qualified candidate pool.
Must have worked for Ecommerce & Logistics hiring
Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for bulk hiring projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Organize and coordinate recruitment events, assessment centers, and interviews as needed.
Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, progress, and outcomes for internal and client review.
Candidate must have:
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant in bulk hiring, ideally within a recruitment agency.
Should be a graduate or postgraduate (added advantage).
Strong knowledge of recruitment methods and best practices, particularly in high-volume hiring scenarios.
Market domain expertise.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
