Job Description
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Support onboarding processes, including documentation and induction sessions.
Employee Engagement:
- Organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in addressing employee concerns and queries.
- Conduct surveys to gather feedback and improve workplace culture.
HR Operations:
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Prepare and process letters like offer letters, appointment letters, and experience certificates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Attendance and Payroll Support:
- Track and manage employee attendance and leave records.
- Assist in collating data for payroll processing.
Learning and Development:
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Maintain training records and support in evaluating training effectiveness.
Compliance and Policy Implementation:
- Support in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of HR tools and systems is a plus.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
