Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Assist in employee onboarding and ensure smooth orientation for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and handle documentation such as contracts, offers, and other HR paperwork.
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee grievances and provide HR-related support to all departments.
- Conduct regular meetings with the management to assess staffing needs and develop HR strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR Executive role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
