Job Description
Purpose:
He/She will be responsible for managing Employee Life Cycle and People Management including Grievances. Also manage people engagement initiatives in the office.
Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma or Degree in HR will be preferable
Experience: Work Experience of 2 – 3 years in HR Function
Key Skills:
· Computer Skills (Excel Knowledge)
· Knowledge of Payroll Tools or Software
· Written and verbal communication skills.
· Good at documentation and maintain records
Principle Responsibilities:
· Maintaining Daily Attendance record - Office Staff &Field Staff
· Tracking of Daily Worksheets of Field Staff
· Preparing Monthly Salary Inputs for Payroll Processing includes Office staff, Field Staff, Factory Staff & Workers, Other Factory workers & Sai Ram Labour (Contract Labours)
· Letter Management – Offer, Appointment, Transfer, Promotion, Relieving etc
· Checking and preparing Expenses & TA/DA details of Field Staff and ensuring Salary Inputs of the same
· Maintaining Payroll entries in Tally software.
· Ensuring Compliance – PF, ESC, LWF, PT, WC, Bonus etc by maintaining records and Co-ordination with the consultants
· Ensuring preparation and distribution of Salary Slips and resolve payroll related issues if any
· Managing Onboarding Process - Documentation of new joiners and creating Logins for Gebi Mobile Apps
· Employee Master Data Maintenance - Updating details of New joinee’s in Tally & uploading scan documents of new Joinee’s in Tally.
· Policy, Process Adherence, Discipline Management and Employee Grievances Management
· Managing Employee Separation Process – Assets handover, Loan / Advances recovery, Leave Adjustments, Exit Interviews and Full n Final Settlements
· Employee Engagement Activity :- Arranging Birthday celebration, festival celebration etc
