Handling employee queries.
Management of firm s policies and strategies and communicating the same to employees.
Planning and managing employee training and development.
Maintain a significantly detailed record of the employees of a company.
Maintain and keep a record of employee attendance.
Manage the safety issues and complaints of the workplace with great care.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Independent, self-starter and self-motivated.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Office, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
Proven ability to meet deadlines, adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent comprehension and presentation skills.

Salary up to INR 20 k per month
