Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
-
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job role requirements.
-
Post job advertisements on portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.) and conduct campus hiring if needed.
-
Handle candidate communications, interview scheduling, and feedback management.
-
Conduct new employee orientation, induction programs, and documentation processes.
2. Employee Records & Documentation:
-
Maintain up-to-date employee records including joining documents, contracts, attendance, and leave management.

Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, and Labor Law documentation.

Create and manage HR databases, employee directories, and digital HR systems (HRMS/HRIS).
3. Payroll & Compensation Support:

Coordinate with the accounts or payroll team for monthly salary processing.

Collect and verify attendance records, leaves, and expense reimbursements.

Assist in performance-based appraisals, incentive calculations, and employee benefits management.
4. Performance Management:
-
Assist in setting up KRAs/KPIs for different roles and departments.

Support periodic performance reviews, goal-setting sessions, and feedback discussions.

Maintain confidentiality and neutrality in handling performance-related matters.
5. Employee Engagement & Welfare:
-
Plan and implement employee engagement activities like celebrations, wellness programs, and team-building events.

Address employee queries, grievances, and resolve workplace issues tactfully.

Promote a positive and inclusive workplace environment aligned with company values.
6. Training & Development:
-
Identify training needs through employee feedback and performance evaluations.

Coordinate internal or external training sessions and workshops.

Support career growth and upskilling initiatives for employees.
7. Compliance & Policy Implementation:

Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, updating them as per business or legal changes.

Stay informed on labor laws, industry HR practices, and statutory regulations.

Conduct exit interviews, manage offboarding, full & final settlement, and clearance formalities.
