Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Vasai East
Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Handle documentation and filing of ESIC and PF returns, and address employee queries related to these benefits.
Administer ESIC and PF, ensuring timely contributions and compliance with statutory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in managing ESIC and PF contributions and compliance.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
