Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll, and compliance. This role is crucial in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Post job openings on various platforms and manage the recruitment process.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain a talent pool database for future hiring needs.
Onboarding and Orientation:
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, including documentation and induction programs.
- Ensure new employees are well-integrated into the company culture.
Employee Engagement:
- Organize and participate in employee engagement activities and events.
- Gather feedback through surveys and focus groups to improve employee satisfaction.
Payroll and Attendance:
- Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and timesheets.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for accurate and timely salary processing.
Policy Implementation:
- Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and code of conduct.
Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating with managers and employees.
- Track and report on key performance indicators and goals.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate skill enhancement programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
Compliance and Records Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records in both digital and physical formats.
Conflict Resolution:
- Address employee grievances promptly and professionally.
- Mediate conflicts and ensure resolution aligns with company policies.
