Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Monitor and manage the daily attendance records of all employees.
- Organize and manage employee engagement activities and events.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee morale and satisfaction.
- Support daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
- Track and manage employee leave records.
- Provide support to employees regarding HR policies and benefits.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in an HR Recruitment role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
