Job Description
Are you a talented HR professional looking for a dynamic and challenging role? Skillocareer is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
2. Handle employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
3. Administer employee benefits and payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
4. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive work environment for all employees.
5. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
6. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
7. Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Location - Shyamal cross Road
Office time - 10- 6.30 pm
