Ø Schedule Interviews, coordinate with Interview Panel Members to close the Positions

Ø Ensure positions are closed as per TAT and priority

Ø Manage Walk-in and Employee referral candidates

Ø Maintaining the Data Bank

Ø Complete the Documentation as per the Recruitment checklist

Ø Submission of new joiners documents to Corporate TA on weekly basis

Ø Coordinate with Corporate TA team for approved joinee kits

Ø Creation of personal files as per checklist

Ø Issue of appointment letters to new joinees

Ø Issue of uniforms to new joiners after 1 week of joining

Ø Send employee referral details to corporate for payment
