Job Description

Sourcing candidates: Using online channels like social media, job boards, and professional platforms to find potential candidates
Screening resumes: Reviewing resumes and application forms to determine if candidates are a good fit for the role
Interviewing candidates: Conducting interviews with candidates via phone, video, or in-person
Preparing assessments: Creating and administering assignments and tests to evaluate candidates' skills
Advertising job openings: Posting job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
Providing candidate lists: Creating shortlists of qualified candidates for hiring managers
Sending job offers: Sending job offer emails and answering questions about compensation and benefits
Tracking metrics: Monitoring key HR metrics, such as time-to-hire and time-to-fill
Participating in events: Attending job fairs and hosting in-house recruitment events
Collaborating with managers: Working with managers to identify future hiring needs
Onboarding new hires: Providing guidance and assistance to new hires during the onboarding process

The HR Executive Recruiter will responsible for the entire manpower requirements of the Company to find and hire the best talent for an organization, and ensure that the company's hiring practices are effective Responsibilities include identifying, attracting, interviewing, selecting, hiring and onboarding employees.

Answering and transferring phone calls to the correct department, taking messages, and screening calls
Filing, photocopying, faxing, transcribing, and performing other clerical tasks
