Job Description

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements and develop job descriptions.
Source potential candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screenings and shortlist qualified candidates for client review.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth process.
Maintain a talent pool for future staffing needs.

2. Onboarding & Employee Engagement

Handle onboarding processes for outsourced employees, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
Conduct orientation sessions and provide support during the initial phases of employment.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

3. HR Operations

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of placed candidates, including contracts, timesheets, and performance reports.
Monitor the performance and satisfaction of employees placed with clients.
Prepare recruitment reports, including metrics on hiring timelines and client satisfaction.

4. Client Coordination

Build and maintain strong relationships with client organizations.
Regularly check in with clients to gather feedback and ensure alignment with their staffing goals.
Provide insights and advice to clients on recruitment trends and strategies.

5. Compliance & Policy Management

Ensure all recruitment and employment practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in drafting and updating policies related to staffing and talent management.

6. Continuous Improvement

Identify areas for improvement in recruitment processes and suggest actionable solutions.
Stay updated on the latest trends in HR, recruitment, and talent management to bring innovative practices to Xcellity Recruit.
