Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Utilize HR management software to maintain and update employee records.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires and provide them with a smooth transition into the company.
Support HR initiatives by using data analytics and technology to improve processes.
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Engage in employee engagement activities and contribute to building a positive work environment.
Provide administrative support to the HR department in daily operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Tech-Savvy: Strong knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with HR software (previous experience with HR tools is a plus).
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to think critically and offer tech-driven solutions to HR challenges.
