Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Tech-Savvy: Strong knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with HR software (previous experience with HR tools is a plus).
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to think critically and offer tech-driven solutions to HR challenges.
