Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding procedures
2. Help directors with their day-to-day tasks like drafting emails, sending proposals, and reaching out prospective clients
3. Collaborate with team members to enhance employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and recognition programs
4. Conduct research and analysis on HR trends and best practices, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
5. Assist in maintaining accurate HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
