Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring.

Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure job descriptions are accurate and align with business objectives.

Coordinate and conduct interviews, and assist in selection decisions.

Ensure timely onboarding for new hires, ensuring they have a positive experience and understand the company culture and processes.
2. Employee Onboarding and Training:

Organize and conduct onboarding sessions for new employees to introduce them to company policies, values, and expectations.

Coordinate training programs, workshops, and continuous learning opportunities to support employee development and performance improvement.

Maintain records of employee training and development activities.
3. Employee Relations:
-
Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts or issues.

Promote a positive organizational culture and ensure employee satisfaction through engagement initiatives.

Handle disciplinary actions, grievance management, and conflict resolution in a fair and transparent manner.
4. Performance Management:

Assist in the development and management of performance appraisal processes, ensuring they are carried out effectively and in a timely manner.

Work with department heads to identify areas for employee development and improvement.

Support the design and implementation of incentive, reward, and recognition programs to motivate employees.
5. Compliance and Legal Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and company policies.

Update and maintain employee records to reflect all necessary compliance requirements.

Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations, workplace policies, and other legal requirements related to HR functions.
6. Compensation and Benefits:

Assist in the development and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.

Ensure that payroll and benefits administration are accurate and timely.

Provide information and support to employees regarding compensation, benefits, and policies.
7. HR Administration:

Maintain and update employee records in the HR system (e.g., attendance, leave, personal information, etc.).

Prepare and manage HR reports, including turnover, absenteeism, and other key metrics.

Maintain documentation related to hiring, promotions, transfers, and terminations.

Handle day-to-day HR administrative duties such as preparing letters, maintaining HR files, and responding to employee inquiries.
8. HR Strategy and Policy Development:

Support HR managers in developing HR strategies and policies to improve operational efficiency, employee satisfaction, and organizational effectiveness.

Review and update HR policies to align with the evolving business needs and industry standards.
