Job Description
- We are looking to hire Hr Interns (Male and Female) for our team in TechUnity Software Systems India Pvt.Ltd; in Coimbatore.
- We search for a passionate person who is keen to learn and who will work with a view to progressing to officer level, where you will be given responsibility for a full portfolio of departments.
- Candidate will be trained under expert US HR Administrators for Three Months.During the Three Months, training period candidate will not be paid.
- But after successful completion of Internship, the candidate will be paid according to the company rules and regulations.
- You do not need to speak Tamil but strong English skills is a must.
- Meeting with departmental representatives to discuss HR issues
- Referring issues to senior HR Administrator
- Assisting departments with their recruitment needs through liaison with agencies/ advertisers
- Coordinating prospective candidates, interviewing them and administering offers
- Conducting inductions of new staff
- Participating in the collection of market salary information for the annual review
- Inputting into the monthly payroll
- Assisting with the production and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Responding to other ad-hoc queries from other personnel in the company
- Candidate must have a Bachelors Degree in MBA or Marketing
- Candidate should be a resident of Coimbatore
- Candidate must have a two-wheeler
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- A genuine interest in developing a career in HR
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- The ability to act in a confidential and sensitive manner
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) software
