Screen resumes and application forms
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)

Participate in organizing company events and careers days
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
Strong interest in Human Resources and people management.
Basic understanding of HR concepts, policies, and procedures.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new HR tools and software.
Prior experience or coursework in recruitment, employee relations, or training is a plus (but not always required).Flexibility to work from home.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
