Job Description

**Job Title:** HR Intern

**Location:** Bangalore, Karnataka

**Duration:** 3 Months

**Type:** Internship (Full-Time/Part-Time)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR department and gain hands-on experience in various HR functions.

**Job Responsibilities:** As an HR Intern, you will assist with a wide range of HR activities, including but not limited to:
- **Recruitment & Onboarding:**

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.

- Help with onboarding new hires by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientations.
- **HR Operations:**

- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.

- Assist in drafting HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and policies.

- Support the payroll and attendance tracking process.
- **Employee Engagement:**

- Organize and participate in employee engagement activities and events.

- Conduct surveys and collect feedback from employees on workplace culture and initiatives.
- **Learning & Development:**

- Assist in identifying training needs and organizing internal training sessions.

- Help coordinate learning and development programs for employees.

**Qualifications:**

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Interest in learning about HR best practices and processes.
