Job Description

We are hiring freshers/interns as HR Intern under training cum job for managing every phase of our recruitment phase, from the identification of potential candidates who can further fulfill the needs of the company as mandate.

Responsibilities:

Assist in posting job openings and reviewing resumes.

Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.

Assist in new employee orientation and paperwork.

Contribute to training program coordination.

Assist in maintaining employee records.

Maintain and update HR databases and records.

Assist in handling employee inquiries and requests.
