#URGENT HIRING
JOB DESCRIPTION: HR INTERN
- We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR intern to assist our HR department with administrative and HR-related tasks.
- Duration of Internship will be 2- 3 months.
- Qualification of the candidates should be BBA/ B.COM /MBA
- Stipend- 10,000/ month.
- It will be Work from Office
PPO will be offered after successful completion of the internship (BASED ON PERFORMANCE)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment Support:
- Assist with job postings on various job boards and the company website.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Participate in interviews and provide feedback.
Onboarding:
- Help prepare onboarding materials for new hires.
- Assist in conducting orientation sessions for new employees.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed.
Employee Records Management:
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Assist with the filing and organization of employee documents.
HR Administration:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing calendars.
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
NOTE: WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES LOCAL IN GURUGRAM
