HR Intern at Bright Future Infotech
Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
Positions Available: 5
Stipend: ₹5,000 to ₹9,000 per month
Duration: 6 months
Bright Future Infotech is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as HR Intern. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources while working in a fast-paced and growing IT company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Maintain employee records and data
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Support HR team with day-to-day operations
- Assist in onboarding and employee engagement activities
- Help prepare HR-related reports and documents
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and functions
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
