Job Description
This entry-level internship is designed for recent graduates and current college students looking to begin a career in Human Resources. The HR Intern will provide valuable administrative support to the HR department, assist in the recruitment process, and help maintain candidate records. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
Please Note:
Candidates with previous full-time professional HR experience will not be considered.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
Contact potential candidates via email or phone to schedule interviews and follow-up on their application status.
Organize and maintain candidate information in Excel spreadsheets and HR databases.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of candidate records.
Support the HR team in screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Assist in the coordination of recruitment activities and ensure smooth communication with candidates.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including document preparation and filing.
Assist in preparing and distributing HR-related documents such as offer letters and contracts.
