Key Responsibilities:
• Identifying patterns in voluntary and involuntary employee turnover
• Assessing the recruitment effort through candidate and process data
• Predicting future workforce needs by analyzing current data, data cleaning, organizing, and filtering
• Prepare a HR Dashboard meeting the needs of the department
• Draw Interpretations and provide insights to management
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Pursuing MBA from a reputed College. On campus MBA is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of HR Concepts, Data Management and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skill
