Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

Assist with drafting and posting job advertisements on job portals, social media platforms, and the company’s careers page.

Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and ensure timely communication with all parties.

Follow up with candidates regarding interview outcomes, documentation, and joining formalities.

Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases regularly.
Onboarding and Documentation

Help organize and conduct onboarding sessions for new employees.

Collect and verify documents such as ID proofs, educational certificates, and previous employment details.

Prepare and maintain employee files, both digital and physical, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Assist with the preparation of offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation under supervision.
Employee Engagement and Events

Support in planning and executing employee engagement activities such as birthdays, celebrations, team-building events, and wellness initiatives.

Collect feedback from employees on HR initiatives and suggest improvements.

Maintain records of participation, feedback, and outcomes of engagement programs.
HR Operations and Administration

Update and maintain HR databases, leave records, and attendance registers.

Assist in maintaining HR reports including headcount, attrition, and recruitment status.

Support payroll documentation by verifying attendance, leave reports, and reimbursements.

Ensure HR records are accurately filed and easy to retrieve when needed.
Training and Development

Coordinate internal and external training sessions by communicating with trainers, scheduling sessions, and preparing materials.

Assist in maintaining training calendars, attendance sheets, and feedback forms.

Track employee training progress and create basic reports.
Compliance and Policy Support

Support the HR team in implementing company policies and procedures.

Assist in ensuring that all HR practices are compliant with labor laws and company guidelines.

Help with the preparation of audit documents if required.
