About the internship
At Nino Foods, we're not just a food company - we're a flavor-packed adventure! We're on a mission to revolutionize the way the world experiences food, and we need dynamic individuals to join our team. As a rapidly growing company, we're seeking an HR Intern who's not afraid to bring their unique spice to the mix! Our brands are Nino Burgers, Francesco's Pizzeria and KHA.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Culture Curator: Infuse our workplace with positive vibes by organizing quirky team-building events, because who said HR can't be fun
2. Talent Scout: Assist in the recruitment process - from creating eye-catching job posts to participating in interviews. Help us find the perfect flavor for our Nino Foods team
3. Onboarding Guru: Be the guiding light for our new hires, ensuring they smoothly transition into our foodie family. Share the secret sauce to success
Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Passion for people, snacks, and creating a positive work environment
3. Excellent communication skills - be ready to bring your A-game in person and through emojis
4. Ability to juggle multiple tasks with a smile (and maybe a snack in hand)
