Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding Support:

Assist in posting job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.

Screen resumes and applications for job vacancies.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.

Assist in the preparation of onboarding materials and documentation for new hires.

Help conduct reference checks and background verifications for candidates.
2. Employee Records & Documentation:

Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.

Ensure that all HR-related documents, including contracts, offer letters, and agreements, are properly filed.

Help organize and manage employee files (both physical and digital).
3. Employee Engagement & Welfare:

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, team-building events, and company-wide initiatives.

Help track employee attendance, leaves, and other HR records.

Assist in preparing HR-related communications such as newsletters, updates, and announcements.
4. HR Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to HR personnel, including handling phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.

Assist in maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Help prepare HR reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the HR team.

Assist with payroll processing and related administrative tasks (if applicable).
5. Learning & Development:

Assist in organizing training programs and workshops for employees.

Help track employee participation and feedback from training sessions.

Support HR team members in identifying and organizing skill development programs.
6. Confidentiality & Professionalism:

Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

Maintain professionalism in all interactions with employees, management, and external candidates.
