About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Review and analyze resumes to identify potential candidates
2. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment with job requirements
3. Maintain an organized system for tracking and managing candidate information
4. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
5. Assist in the interview process by participating in screening and selection discussions
6. Provide feedback to the HR team on candidate suitability
7. Liaise with colleges to organize placement activities
8. Establish and nurture relationships with college placement offices
9. Create and maintain a schedule for on-campus recruitment events
10. Craft clear and comprehensive job descriptions for open positions
11. Ensure job descriptions align with company values and goals
12. Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs
13. Analyze the current workforce and project future resource requirements
14. Assist in developing strategies for efficient resource utilization
15. Work closely with the HR manager to execute HR initiatives
16. Provide regular updates on ongoing projects and tasks
17. Seek guidance and support to enhance learning and performance
