Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates.
- Maintaining and updating the candidate database.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
- Employee engagement and communication.
- Supporting the onboarding process for new hires.
- Assisting in HR documentation and record-keeping.
- Market research for HR trends and best practices.
- Creating reports and presentations for HR activities.
- Help with preparing HR-related reports and presentations.
- Maintain proper filing of HR documents and contracts.
- Use HR software and tools for data management.
- Assist in coordinating training programs and workshops.
- Gather feedback from employees on training sessions.
