Job Title: HR Intern
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Pitampura, New Delhi
Job summary: As an HR intern, you'll be part of our Human Resources team, supporting and learning from our experienced professionals.
Job Description:
- Recruitment Support: Assisting in the recruitment process, such as posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Employee Onboarding: Helping with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- HR Documentation: Maintaining and organizing HR files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of employee records.
- Employee Engagement: Participating in planning and organizing employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Training and Development: Supporting the coordination of training programs and workshops for employees' professional growth.
- Administrative Assistance: Providing general administrative support to the HR team, including managing emails, phone calls, and data entry.
- Compliance and Policy Support: Assisting in ensuring company policies and procedures are followed, and HR practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- HR Projects: Participating in HR projects and initiatives, contributing your ideas and skills to improve HR processes.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, etc.).
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From ₹7,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Work Location: In person
