About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
In-house and Outsource recruitment
Source potential candidates from various channels
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates and screen incoming resumes.
Following up with candidates till the date of joining, ensuring all their documents are submitted properly.
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Working along with the manager for closing the priority positions with learning new steps towards HR field.
Working with the manager for other operational activities.
Looking for only Female candidates
Please note: We are looking for only Mumbai-based candidates.
