Job Description
Position: HR Intern
Location: Karve Nagar, Pune
Duration: 3 to 6 Months
Reports to: HR Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions and give you exposure to different aspects of HR operations in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Onboarding: Help coordinate onboarding processes, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and policy updates.
- Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, handling correspondence, and assisting with HR events.
- Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, helping with HR-related questions and concerns.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience in various HR functions.
- Mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals.
