Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

Assist in posting job advertisements on job boards, social media platforms, and company websites.

Help screen resumes, shortlisting candidates, and schedule interviews.

Communicate with candidates and assist in coordinating interview schedules.

Prepare interview schedules and other related documentation.

Employee Onboarding:

Assist in the preparation of onboarding materials for new employees.

Help conduct orientation sessions for new hires, including explaining company policies and benefits.

Ensure that all necessary paperwork for new hires is completed and filed.

HR Administration:

Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system.

Assist in the preparation and processing of employee documentation, such as contracts, leaves, and performance reviews.

Help manage and track employee attendance and leaves (sick leave, vacation days, etc.).

Assist in organizing and maintaining HR files and folders (both physical and electronic).

Training and Development:

Assist in organizing training sessions or workshops for employees.

Help track employee participation in training and development programs.

Prepare training materials or coordinate logistics for employee learning and development.

Employee Engagement:

Support in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and surveys.

Assist with recognition programs and employee wellness initiatives.

Gather feedback from employees on HR initiatives and help implement improvements.

HR Projects and Research:

Assist with HR projects, including performance management, compensation, benefits, or employee retention.

Conduct research on HR best practices, policies, and industry trends.

Assist in drafting and reviewing HR policies, procedures, and documentation.

Communication:

Handle internal communication within the HR department, such as emails, announcements, and notices.

Assist in preparing communication materials for employees (newsletters, bulletins, etc.).

Compliance and Legal Support:

Assist in ensuring that HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.

Help maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.
