Job Description
Responsibilities:
● Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes,
conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
● Coordinate and participate in onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both in physical files and digital HR
systems.
● Assist in organizing and conducting employee orientation sessions and training programs.
● Support the administration of employee benefits and assist employees with benefit-related
inquiries.
● Assist in creating and updating HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
● Participate in employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, events, and recognition
programs.
● Contribute to maintaining a positive and respectful work environment through proactive
employee relations efforts.
● Assist with data entry and analysis related to HR metrics and reports.
● Handle administrative tasks, such as drafting correspondence, managing calendars, and
organizing meetings.
● Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR
processes and practices.
Qualifications:
● Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
● Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
● Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to tasks.
● Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
● Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take initiative.
● Availability to work a flexible schedule, if required.
● Previous HR-related internship experience is a plus.
