Job Description

Screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Coordinating orientation sessions for new employees.
Managing attendance, leave records, and other HR documentations.
Coordinating team-building events or wellness programs.
Addressing payroll-related queries under supervisions.

Support with onboarding and orientation of new employees
Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up-to-date

Provide administrative support to the HR department
Assist in handling employee queries and concerns in a timely manner
Participate in HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
